11 days in of pain, legs and back muscles pulling apart. Massage oil u will need if you're going for high intensity like me. Only did 15 mins yesterday then I felt the massive pain in lats but I'm a tough gym goer, used to this sort of work. Newbies want to slowly stride in. Up to an HOUR per day then onto weights after, and whey protein you will need especially because it will surely burn so much fat your face will look sunken. Hehe! Love this! Only had it yesterday and used it twice already, I can really feel it’s done good on my arms and back so far, those are my weaker points which is why I’m feeling it there more. It’s fun to do too, I just put some energetic music on and away I go. Folds up as well so it’s not something that’s left out in your way. Easy to put together and sturdy. I recieved mine today, put it together in less than 20 minutes. Had a quick go on it only for 5 minutes and honestly, you can feel how it works all over your body. I felt it in my legs mainly but I suppose it's your legs that you use to keep the motion going. Hopefully i see some results soon as i did go to the gym before the lockdown and noticed a change in my figure from working out. It's exactly what I've been looking for and needed to keep my activity level up. Will start off at 5 minutes and slowly build up to doing longer each time. I received mine yesterday. Easy to put up. Really good cardio workout. I like how it has different hand positions , to target the areas you want to work. The proof is in the testing. u really do feel like you have worked every muscle. Easy to use, fantastic design, easy to put away after use. Best equipment I have ever purchased. As a fulltime nurse and single mum, the gym is impossible to fit into my routine. However, starting this up for just 10 minutes a day and then eventually adding yoga and flexibility training into my morning and evening workouts has done the world of wonders in toning my body back up.
