How can I use Instant Duster Pro?
- 1) Remove the cover on the lower part of the power wand by turning it gently.
- 2) Insert 4 AA 1.5V batteries. Batteries are not included.
- Replace the cover on the power wand.
- Select one of the duster heads provided and attach it to the upper part of the power wand by pressing gently. For best results, lightly and evenly spray the duster head with a multipurpose cleaner from a distance of 20cm.
- Press the button on the power wand to turn the duster on or off.
How can I clean Insta Duster Pro properly?
- 1) Remove the duster head from the power wand and rinse it with tap water.
- 2) Gently squeeze the duster head to remove excess water.
- Leave the duster head to dry.

I was looking forward to this duster arriving but I`m really disappointed. I can`t get the batteries into the duster, I don`t know if I`m doing something wrong but the inside of the handle appears to have ridges inside and the batteries won`t go down the handle.
Can anyone offer a solution or send me a returns label
