Very sceptical about this sort of thing, thought what the hell and all i can say is that it really works. After just four days you can see the difference (I was in shape pre lockdown). Really happy oy with the purchase, put together myself in about 20 minutes, I have been doing 2 x 10 minute sessions a day for the last 18 days now and have too say how amazed I am, I honestly thought this wouldn't get the results I wanted after wasting loads of money on fad diets, Wright loss shakes /pills ect but this is fantastic, highly recommended A++++ (Posted on 26/02/2021)

This is a brilliant exercise machine. I am a 69 year old lady with arthritis and wanted something to keep the legs moving and this is perfect.

Bought this while gym was shut love it me and wife both keep fit I do extreme training normaly this is just as good will update on weight loss and body shape we are going to use this at least once a day but most likely morning and night must buy for people looking to get fit tone up. The best thing I've ever invested in. Find the right energetic music to use for your workout session and away you go! 10mins and you'll feel the burn. It will show how many calories you've burned, etc. I've given myself 60 days to see massive improvements. Started a workout diary video so I'll post before n after soon. (Posted on 28/06/2020)

Ordered Wednesday evening..., despatched Thursday, Courier confirmation of receipt Friday, delivered Saturday. Excellent... Easy to put together, & it does what it says on the tin. Feel every muscle group being worked. It's hard going on the old body, but only coz I'm an unfit 49yr old. My husband loves it too & he was sceptical of my purchase before it arrived.

I feel the burn & that is what it's meant to do. So time spent on it will be gradual, but no pain...no gain. I'll recommend this purchase to family & friends. (Posted on 24/06/2020)
